Scrolls the document smoothly when scrolling the mouse wheel (or using keyboard arrows).

I just installed it, and it makes a big difference.

I did set the speed to "Easy" instead of default "Normal".

Oh My! It was toooo smooth for me too, just disabled it, I even set it on option ''slowwww'' but It was too fast!! I'm just a slow person!!
