wont let me download anything or even troubleshoot

either it's my computer or my browser but i can't download anything and my computer doesnt show anything that needs adobe flash or shockwave and i cant dowload them and i can't go toadobe troubleshooter

Try to Download random's system information tool (RSIT)

If you are able to download this then,save it to your Desktop.

    * Double click on RSIT.exe to run.
    * Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
    * Once it has finished, two logs will open.
    * log.txt <will be maximized and info.txt <will be minimized
    * Please post the contents of both logs in the malware removal section.

OK. Close IE.
Go Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools, and click on Internet Explorer (no add-ons)
Try downloading something.
Let me know.

it was already running with add-ons disabled

Restart computer.
