XP User Password forgotten

  Greetings:
Sir i have my computer user and admin password as my own personal PC,
But i forgot as i was password it longs ago, i didn't used it. but when i start computer to run it's asking for password. i am well known in computer i tried every to remove the password i couldn't removed cEll i booted my computer in dos mood delete some config files but didn't effect sir now what should please let me know by any to unlock or remove at least admin password.... i have kept lots of my important Data in DRIVE C: i repaired my windows too but still asked for password..
I have installed XP service pk2 (professional) on my system.
i can do attach my HD to another computer for saving my DATA but i want for solution.

I couldn't find it here in documents.
i didn't created windows XP emergency boot disk, now by any way i am unable to start my computer i have password in my Admn + user.
i am unable to start my computer.
infact i can boot through XP, or boot in MS DOS if needed.
please let me to know more.....
i couldn't got on the document.

Other then the link given to you by Dusty I very seriously doubt that any one is going to tell you how to recover or by-pass the password on the computer as we have no way of knowing if you really own the comp or not. I have seen multiple post from others asking how to do this and each time they were told that Computer Hope doesn't help recover or by-pass passwords.
