General Problems after re-installing windows !!!

It sounds like you did this by accident.

Unless you have the Original Windows XP CD, we cannot help you further.

yeah i have the originla ws xp CD . i dunno how i can re-install it without the dvd/cd drive not load or reading cd/dvds :S

Borrow another CD/DVD drive and install a legit version of XP if you need continued assistance here.
We do NOT work with warez or any other pirated programs...period.

One more question though, are you sure you cannot boot from the CD?

also i read on google its just a final version of xp nothing baout it been pirated but i duno how it all started i jusy booted from my CD 2 days ago and updated windows and all this happened :S

Incorrect.  Windows XP is not legally downloadable, full stop.
The "final version" of XP is either RTM back in 2001 or SP3 in 2008, depending which way you look at it.  Either way, it's not "Vision XP".

Sounds to me like this pirated version couldn't read disks, are you sure that you can't boot from a disk?  that means boot, not put it in and try to read it under Windows.

ok thanks for the reply calum i bought a new dvd burner now it works fine but prior to format my old dvd burner was working alright.

but for other problems i fixed them myself thanks for nothing

the common task pane i just changed the theme to vista it works fine
the link issue i had pop up block activated turned it off it works now

You WILL run into problems with a pirated version of Windows, especially a heavily modified version like this "Vision" rubbish.
And, we will NOT assist anyone with pirated software.
