Software conflict?

Problem...
On many different websites I seem to have problems seeing and opening (like a dropdown menu etc.) different parts of web pages.

I have tried...
IE7, IE7 with no-addons, FF 2, FF2 Safe Mode, FF3, FF3 Safe Mode, Opera, Netscape, basically every browser I know.

I'm not sure if it could be TeaTimer or not, but I don't think so.
I think it could be some other program conflicting with it...

Anymore info needed just ask.

Not sure I have any bright ideas at all - but is this a problem within just one page - suggesting you suffer an incomplete page load?  Does an F5 achieve anything or not?

Or - is this an effect influencing page to page linking?

No, refreshing does nothing. It's more than one page also.

Did you actually try Safe Mode with Networking?

No I didn't, but thanks, I will try it tomorrow.

If any of you use/have used Joomla CMS, that is where my main problem is. I'll do a bit of searching on their site for any known issues.

Also, there is no problem on our home PC (IE7) with these pages.

Well, I tried Safe Mode with Networking, but then I realised that my "mode of connection" is a USB modem, and in safe mode, Windows won't let any drivers run.

I connect to the internet with a 3G USB modem, but in Safe Mode, Windows only loads the core drivers, right?

I didn't create the page, it is built into the Joomla CMS.

This is interesting issue, but not much of any advice comes to my head right now.
Did the issue just start?
Did you try to reset modem, disabling firewall?
What AV are you using?
