Download Everest Home, ID the components your needing drivers for and get to Google-ing.

Download and install the Modem drivers for the PC from the following Conexant link

1. Download the WinXP HSF Generic Driver from the above mentioned link.

2. To extract the driver double clicking on the HSF_WinXP.exe file to a folder in the Desktop.

3. Go to the folder where the modem driver is unzipped to and double click on the HXFSetup.exe file.

4. By clicking on the HXFSetup.exe, you will be uninstalling in-build modem driver and installing the HSF generic modem driver that was downloaded from the Conexant website.

5. The Windows XP operating system will prompt you with a software installation alert. This dialog explains how the software you are attempting to install has not passed Windows Logo testing. To install drivers click on "Continue Anyway" when prompted.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the driver installation.
