    Looks good to me.  Good price too.  I don't know anything about PNY's reputation, though.

      It's not a bad card, and PNY are excellent, but for the price you can do better.
      9800GTX for the same price - better performance, but more heat and a bigger card.
      9800GT 512MB - cheaper, same performance in almost all cases.
      4850 - slightly more, but a rebate applies so the final price is less - better performance.

      Without a budget, and your other specs, it's hard to say what's best.

        I have 4gigs of ram 3.00ghz duel processors, windows xp
        it says that graphics card comes with a free 50dollar game so that should increase the value of it some

        What kind of CPU do you have?  More importantly, what power supply and case?

            Decent PSU's start at about 60 Bucks...
            But they're important and worth the investment.

                  With your current setup and a new vid card 550 to 650W should be sufficient....
                  More = Better.

                  Think in terms of down the road if you plan on adding drives etc. or doing a new build some time.
