Stupid Steam Ticket Expire Can't reinstall CSS

hey guys, i have recently been having this problem , where i cant reinstall css.

I unistalled it so i could have a clean copy of it, and when i go to try and reinstall,

it says that my steam ticket has expired,

so i re enter my password and then the install just stops and nothing happens?

Arrrr, i need help, this is really annoying?

don't worry i fixed the prolem my self, i just deleted all this stuff in the steam folder,
heres a list if anyone has this problem too,,,,

Looks like it didn't completely uninstall.
