    RootKit?
    « on: November 11, 2008, 10:39:23 AM »
I recently found out Rootkits were bad. On my computer right before it started experiencing problems i had this weird program and it had a start up right after windows is loaded

    Regrun-Parizan-Bootwatch-Antirootkit-Greatis Software (2007-2008)

It gave me 3 options for ever file they think i should delete. Then it had percentages saying if it was good or bad. And if it was bad i deleted them. But i get the suspicion its a rootkit which is messing with my computer start up as i randomly have to re enter my windows key.

I would start with the below link and follow all steps. Then post the requested logs and as much info as you can about you computer. Then wait for one of the specialist to come along and have a look at the logs.
