Access AOL once -- then have to reload
« on: March 29, 2005, 08:49:26 AM »
Can only log on to AOL once, then have to delete software and reload from disk.   AOL tried different access numbers, have walked through step by step the operating system, etc.  Anyone ever experience this problem?  Windows XP, 7.0 and 4-month old e-machine.  Thanks for any assistance.

Try installing AOL 9.0 instead... Maybe it will fix this issue...

Thank you for your suggestion -- I checked with him and he was using 9.0 and still has the problem.  I talked to AOL again today and they were going to have an engineer call --- if they follow through this time . . . .
