Creating a BAT file from a cmd exe when mapped to a drive other than C:

I need help.  I am trying to create a bat file from a WINOWS cmd box executable. 

The bat file should map to Q:\SYNC2 and run syncall MES_PHL.dir

I don't know how to create this in a bat file.
