signing in to broadband

Hi everyone new to here !!!!
Our family computer has 4 users/accounts, all been able to log on to their own accounts and sign into broadband, but now 3 can log on and use their accounts but are only able to sign in to bt broadband via my account and not their own. I cant sign in on theirs so it is someting to do with the config on the computer as broadband is o.k. on mine any idea's out there?.

Possibly, router going bad.

It doesn't prove anything.
Try to create new account, and see, if it can connect.
Hook up computer straight to the modem, bypassing router, and see, if any difference.
