If you can get into BIOS without problems then it is probably a probem with your operating system or your hard drive. Do you have your O.S. disk?

            HI,
i agree that this is probably a hard drive or an OS problem.
i assume that the hard drive is being detected in the BIOS without any problem.
try reinstalling the OS, if that dosen't solve the problem, then it's the hard drive thats to be checked.

personaly, i suspect the hard drive.

If the memory was faulty, or unseated, the computer wouldn't even boot.  You said that you can get into BIOS without any problems.

Can you boot to the UBUNTU live disk?

unfortunately i can't also boot to the ubuntu live disk.. since when i tried to boot up my computer it will direct me to it cmos settings and after i will exit to the cmos settings my computer will not boot up again it will just give me a beep.. like somewhat a beep of a memory problem.

              Flat CMOS battery perhaps?

On your motherboard there will be a small cell battery about .25-.35 of an inch in radius, you should remove this battery and take it into your local electronics store and get an exact model number replacement, otherwise different voltages/amps going into your board isn't always a good thing.

best thing is, this is basically the cheapest thing to replace :)
