When you click on "Generate...." button, Notepad pop-up should open with the log.

Download, and install CCleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds. Get "Slim" version.
Read CCleaner instruction here: http://www.jahewi.nl/ccleaner/ccleaner.html, and run CCleaner.

    Restart computer, when done.

This is how I have it set up. You may adjust it a little, depending on your needs. For instance, I don't use IE, so I clean everything there.
If you use IE, you may want to keep cookies. Make sure, that "Temp. Internet Files", and "index.dat files" boxes ARE checked.

Ok! i ran the CCleaner, with the same settings you showed me earlier.
But it remains the same! still getting 2 x IE on the quick launch bar. I dont press any buttons, it just appears when i click on my name to log on, on start up.

Is there anything else you can think off?
Would Microsoft know what the problem is?
I could try to get help form them!
