i have a dell xps 630 with an intel core 2 quad processor, 2.4 ghz, 4 gigs of ram, and a video card on that same level. when i first got the computer (its bout 5 months old now) it worked great, loaded programs instantly, and i was very pleased that it ran flight simulator seamlessly. when it used to idle, it only used 5% cpu. suddenly, now it sometimes(this can usually but not always be fixed by rebooting) runs at 30-40% cpu just idling and seems laggy when i open programs...any suggestions?
