i was wondering if any one can tell me why when i get ready to shut down my computer i get a window that saids "if you shut down your windows other ppl using your comp. will loose data ? i only have one comp. the one i use?
help would be appreciated.

You have another account setup on your computer, and the other user is logged in when you are trying to shut-down.

You apparently do have a shared folder that someone (whether you know it or not) is connected to.

Do your run any p2p software?

I would suggest an immediate virus and malware scan.

i will have to see who else has my acct. i always turn off my comp. anyway

Wait a minute now... This is YOUR computer, but yet you do not know if someone else has an account installed? That's not good! Example... You have your account, and your brother has one... So, do you have another account installed?
