Windows  immportant update prompting says by updating with the Windows Service Pack 1 supplement will Help more than hurt to give my PC better over all permormance support & other valued advancements within!?  IS THE SERVICE PACK 1 REALLY NECESSARY & WORTH THE DOWNLOAD? NOTE:  07' Acer PC  ast180/ Vista home basic /HD160GB/ new updated & installed 2GB memory /processer 800mhz

I just looked at your computer specs....are you running Vista on 512MB of RAM?
