iTunes song names being cut off

i know i had a topic about this a while back but no conclusion was reached as i had no proof that the song names were actually being cut off when i imported them into iTunes. now i have proof

as you can see by the screenshot, the name of the song was cut off after the third "-". does anyone have any idea why this occurs or how to fix it?

Also, can you post a screenshot of what the file looks like if you go Right Click --> Properties --> Summary.
