media player
« on: April 20, 2005, 01:14:22 PM »
I am using win xp pro. When I put in game cd's an error message comes up
Media player has encountered a problem and must close.
Both of my computers are doing this ,only one is connected to the internet.
I have no clue what this could be.
Thank you.

Well it's not the media player that I assumed. When I tried the rugrats game it came up with the same thing except it said
Rurats adventure has encountered a problem.
It's the error that gives you the option to report the problem or not.
This game worked last friday then my sister borrowed it and when I got it back it started this and the one that said 'media player' was a Tonka game.
I did a system restore back to 2 weeks ago and it didn't change.
