my computer has been on the fritz for a few weeks now.I use mcafee virus protector and it's been detecting the Trojan virus multiple times and deleting it. But I continue to have problems:
My computer is slow than ever.
My window's default protector turned off it's automatic updates and won't turn back on. Even when I try to manually turn it back on.
When I start up my computer the background with show up but nothing else till I restart it two or three more times.
My window's default protector also pops up saying it'd detected spyware and tries to get rid of it but just sends me to a website that looks nothing like the protector I've been using.
So basically I have two questions:
First how can I fix my computer?
And secondly and most importantly how can I fix my computer without loosing all my picture and music? if there is even a way.
