Which of these cards are better?

I recently got mis-lead in an internet purchase, which has given me the opportunity to choose between 2 different cards as a refund.
Now what im not sure is, which one of these cards is better.
One has more memory??? i'm not sure so can someone please just check them out for me.

If I didn't know any better I would say that you are being over charged at that website but another American member will have to answer that.

I'm not too sure about that DDR2 on the 1Gb model though. I can't find better specifications on the exact models but looking at very similar (different brand, same card) they look about the same excluding memory capacity. On a side note though the 1Gb card I was comparing had the DDR3 memory so my conclusion probably isn't that accurate.

Estimating that your budget is from $120 to $160 and you're going for Nvidia. You are looking at the Geforce 9600-9800 series. Shop around for them, try to find sites with good detailed specifications listings. www.Newegg.com for example, and thats were my help comes to an end cos I can't look around American shops unless I know the name.
