My computer will not load windows when booted up.  It will not let me into safe mode or Last known good configuration.  It just keeps rebooting over and over.  any ideas?

One solution is to reinstall Windows over itself. This will retain your documents and settings and any folders outside of the Windows folder, but you'll probably have to reinstall drivers and software.
