Sir I have generated this log file below from hijack this.Kindly help me to remove dumprep o k.

1. I suspect, you're using illegal copy of Windows:
O20 - Winlogon Notify: Antiwpa - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\antiwpa.dll
antiwpa.dll - an illegal software crack used to bypass copy protection for Windows

2. Your computer is infected.

3. As for your question, checkmark:
