WIRELESS PRINTER

I'm trying to hepl my aunt.  She has a wirless HP printer that worked before she changed her online provider.  I was able to get the printer to see the router, and the drivers are on the computer but I cant get the computer to print to the printer.  The printer icon on the computer says its "offline".  What do I need to do?

If you have all the pertinent data from the new ISP i would un-install and re-install the printer.
Remove it in Device Manager.
Uninstall any software for it in Add Remove Programs.
Power down and un hook the printer.
Re-boot and install the printer software...don't plug the printer in until it says to...
