you're all missing the point.
if it was
last updated in 1999, THEN you could claim it's old.
In fact- the fact that the site has been online for almost 10 years should make a statement of it's reliability, especially given how quickly sites seem to come and go.
By the same margin we can call various other sites old- Google, for example- and goodness, the Microsoft site has been around since like 1992, so that's old. Nobody should visit it ever. In fact, running windows updates connects to microsoft.com. you should add a hosts entry just to avoid connecting to this old site. Sure, it means you can't update, but at least you won't have to deal with a well established web-site. I hate those. I prefer new sites, complete with javascript errors and CSS positioning issues.
