I just installed xp back on my machine yesterday. (Hated vista, and got stuffed with viruses) So I formatted, reinstalled, and now xp has become very unreliable. Most of the time, it will start up just fine, but once I tell it to open a program it won't come up for a good 3 minutes. Remember, this ain't a slow computer.....2.3ghz quad core, 4gb ram, 512 video card. It never did this before. I think it might be hardware because my computer hasn't been shut off properly all the time, and so something might be damaged.......
Please help!
