2 strange reports found in my pc

i found these 2 reports in my pc , and have no idea were they came from, one says

bug and the other mgs , harry

Bug.txt is a ComboFix log. It can be deleted.

MSG.TXT looks to be a diagnostics report for some hardware, not sure. It can likely be deleted.
