SMF question in Re. to Private Messages

Hello,  I do the Amin for a SMF Forum and from time to time I need to go to the Personal  Private Message of an individual Forum member. 

Do I have that Ability as the Admin,  an if yes how do I do that  ?

Nope, you cant do that, and, there is no reason to either.

If a member is having a problem with another user sending abusive personal messages, have them click the "Report to Admin' button under the message.
It would be an invasion of privacy to look at members PM's. I dont think there is a single forum system that allows administrators to do this.

But this has to be turned on in the Admin CP first.
