What does this EXE file do????? EXPERT HELP NEEDED HERE

In my task list under processes I have this .exe file that appears 100+ times.  Each time I halt the task it reemerges 10 fold.  The file name is GLTNTTY.exe.  I have googled this and come up with nothing.  Thanks
