Cant reformat..

any1 can help me solve this problem?my problem is when i wan format my pc,then it appear the blue screen that write there say chkdsk,and i have been try but still cant ,do any1 know ??

When it appear the blue screen that say chkdsk, then failed maybe the harrdddrive has.
