Off folding for a bit
« on: April 07, 2009, 01:23:20 PM »
I've stopped folding for a few days, as I'm reconfiguring several systems around my house and reformatting/reinstalling my main rig.
When my main machine is ready to rock I'll start folding again on it though, within a week or two, hopefully with some more power too as I'll get both cores of my CPU on the job this time.
I have some plans for this summer too which means there should be a nice bump in folding power from me :)

Quick update: I know this has been a good few weeks now, but have been dealing with various problems and other things have taken my time.
Looking like another reformat is due soon, after which I'll be folding again.
The warm weather may require new cooling measures for my 8800GT though...we'll see.
The general folding effort is going well it seems, which is great to see.
I'll be aiming for the top spot on the team soon ;)

I'm back on folding now.
My 8800GT is steaming away, and both cores of my E8200 are loaded up.
Temps look OK, but I think dust might be raising my GPU temperature a little, will take a look when I get some time.
Here I come!
