Here's one for ya. OS-XP SP3 / Outlook 2003 SP3 / IE8. Here's the issue: when my friend opens his Outlook and clicks on a link to anywhere, the system would open to My Documents. I fixed that by changing his Zone from Restricted Sites to Internet. Now when he clicks on a link it opens IE8 to his homepage. Go back to Outlook, click it again and a second IE8 opens to the link.
He doesn't have that problem with FF.
