Connecting cable modem to ADSL

I now have a cable internet modem and would like to connect to my existing Belkin ADSL WIFI modem is there a converter/alternative modem I can buy that will do this job?

Unfortunately not.  I suspect you want to be able to use your new cable modem wirelessly?  Generally speaking, that's not possible.  If you give more detail (makes and models), we may be able to be more specific.
