Well you definitely didn't attend your english classes very often.

And you would be surprised how much of what we know we learned in school. the thing is, you can't simply think about what you learned, instead you pull out that knowledge when there is an application for it.

Ha when I was in Highschool our classes started at 7:45am and ended at 3:15pm. Plus I had season and off-season lifting for football in the morning so I had to wake up a 5am every morning(except Wenesday cuz we got wenesday off) to lift. then I had football practice till 6:15pm afterwards. I also did track in the spring.

thats were you can be wrong if I told you the thruth an its 100% you take it as a lie but if I lied you take it as the thruth.  You apperantly dont read classic novels.

What classic novels do you have in mind?

Besides, your examples are of how someone interprets a lie or truth, and not whether a lie or truth was actually stated.

Neither do you. the quote is something along the lines of,
"when you remove all probable possibilities, what remains is the improbable" or something along those lines. Absolutely no bearing to truth or fallacy

When all the probably possibilities are removed, the remaining possibility must be true. (closer, but not quite.)

        Squall had the correct reference.

        Quote
"You will not apply my precept," he said, shaking his head. "How often have I said to you that when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth? We know that he did not come through the door, the window, or the chimney. We also know that he could not have been concealed in the room, as there is no concealment possible. When, then, did he come?"

No, but your Sherlock Holmes reference made ma think about where I'd read the line.  It made my Internet search much easier.
