Why don't you try to call the shop where you bought it from and tell then your problem maybe they could help you.

Re-install all your drivers starting with the MBoard chipset drivers FIRST...

Try to reformat your PC and be sure to use the right drivers. Install all the drivers that are needed.

Uhhh...a format is kind of a drastic step to correct a Driver issue...

And reformatting would not solve the driver issue, but make it worse.
