Page not found

Hi, I have windows vista and use Mozilla Firefox. For the last two days whenever I open up my browser, internet explorer starts up with page not found, even though I'm not looking for one, nor am I using that browser. The page listed not found is "favorit" which I've never heard of. I delete it but it just keeps coming back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try changing your homepage and see if the problem still persists.

Think I've solved it (fingers crossed), found a programme had been installed without my knowledge called "favorit" so I've uninstalled it. The page hasn't recurred since.
