Free form border in HTML page
    « on: May 20, 2009, 07:42:31 PM »
Is there a way to create a border on HTML page that does not have strict 90 degree angles - I want it to look kinda like a blob around the page, maybe like a paint brush stroke.

Absolutely.  Spend some time in the CSS Zen Garden - lots of ideas and inspiration there.

(In short, you do it graphically and typically use CSS to apply your artistic borders to your page elements.)
