Alright,
Try downloading and running this
http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1. This is called ATF cleaner that is being used to delete temporary files from the computer. Please put a check mark on "Select all" then click "Empty selected".
After running ATF cleaner then try the following:
1. Click tools - Internet options - Security
2. Click Trusted sites - Click the "Sites button"
3. On the "Add this website to the zone" box type : https://*.amazon.com
4. Then click "add", then click close.
5. Click ok.
6. Then close then reopen internet explorer and trying accessing Amazon.com
If that doesn't work, Try checking the date and time of your computer if they are correct.
