It would work but not with that psu. It needs at least 400w.
I thought my HiPro 300W PSU that hp provided in my machine could handle it? But then again, I see original poster has a dual Pentium D dual core processor, so is that why you suggest a 400W PSU?
I always thought AMD and NVidia listed higher psu wattages that you actually needed to cover the fact that one may have multiple additional hardware requiring power from PSU.
