Print ok but no letters output(Blank paper)

In my office, there is one pc that use priter sharing that shared from a main pc.
it can print but no letters output
(Blank letters)but other pc ok. I still wonder it cause form SYSTEM or VIRUS or others.

Have you tried replacing your ink cartridge?

Other pc ok can print not blank paper.except this pc can print but blank paper.
I try to add this printer but still the same.

Great. I find this answer now it OK. I spend severals day.
Now I remove this printer network by Uninstaller of HP 1020 that in cd Path: English\Driver\ZUNINST.exe
after it remove its database that have before require restart pc.
this answers for who have this problem like me.
