    Is that a BSOD?
What OS and service pack are you running?
What is it you are trying to do when you get it?

Im not sure what is a Bsod
Its a windows xp computer, service pack 3
you get the error when the computer is turned on and if you leave it on stand by for a while. It doesnt even shut down anymore, you have too hold the power button

A BSOD is a Blue Screen Of Death.

Have you cleaned the machine out?  For dust I mean.
It could be that it overheats.

^^ yeh thats been happening aswell. ill try and clean it out 2moro. I'm thinking there must be some kind of issue with the hard drive also, something happened to the previous one and that got replaced now this ones stating to give various problems, like I said the computer doesnt shut down anymore without pressing the power button

The next time you get a BSOD can you submit what it says?

That would be FAR more helpful than the "value creation failed at line 891" error.

Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer, do this next time and take note of time, go straight into Event Viewer after error appears, their will be an Event ID beside the given error, if you could give us that, we would be able to fix it, however how old is the computer, how old was hard drive when it went how old is current hard drive.

The BSOD seems like a seperate error, it only starts happening when Im trying to download things from u torrent. mins after I open utorrent the bsod pops up, it says the normal stuff like there was an error and windows has shut the hardrive down to stop a fatal error or something like that.

To you it may seem seperate, we need to see it to know for certain.

Also, do what Irish suggested above with the Event Viewer.

That's the Service Control Manager, and the service listed is AVG.  I recommend uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
