    i am using a windows vista and i have a good internet connection but help please because actually my main purpose is to change my ip address but i can't pursue it because after clicking control panel, network and sharing center, clicking manage network connections there's no any single item there which i can adjust help pls so that i can see an installed program there, i tried using registry fix and run a full scan on my computer about malwares, suggestions pls thanks

    If you use something other than a dial up connection your IP address is controlled by your ISP.

    You would have to contact them to change your IP address.
