For some reason I cannot use links on my e-mails

Has anyone got any suggestions as this is a new issue and I haven't added anything to pc other than updates to MS or Norton.

If a link is part of the email it does not open when clicked it opens a 'locate link browser' box

I'm asking to clarify what you want. You said you cannot open links.
