Ok, here's the problem in a nutshell. When I go to close IE, I get a window that says IE is not responding, and it restarts. I have done all the updates, checked the add-on's, went thru all of Windows troubleshooting. Also, my IE will not respond when I try to open a new browser window. I know I am not the only person having this problem, my friend is having the same issues. Does Windows have a fix for this problem.
This has occured almost since I turned this computer on. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium edition with all updates installed, with the exception of IE8, when I tried to install that, my computer would not respond at all. I have a 250 HD, 3 gb of ram.
You folks have helped before, lets see if you have the solution to this problem.
