Trojan.svchost fake problem

I am also having the same problem as mentioned in this thread

i followed the whole procedure but problem still exists, there is delay in every operation, whether its moving a mouse or opening some program. I am also having delay in songs, videos they are not working in a flow but with a delay, can anyone please help me with this

HijackThis, Malwarebytes, Superantispyware.

HijackThis didn't generate any report, there were steps i followed from the thread, Malwarebytes didn't detect any anything, SUPERAntispyware detected trojan.svchost fake and finally SDFix generated the above report, have any idea what maybe causing the problem
