Every time I do a google search, the search page pops up and then when I click the item that I deemed the most relevant, there is a new Tab started and it is re-directed to an ad or a pay site with that same topic. I've downloaded AVG Anti-virus and run the scan several times but the problem persists. I have also tried to download Malware's latest and greatest. It seems to install itself but every time I run it, it never comes on. The virus also disables the browser from reaching several antivirus websites. Since the infection the computer will randomly freeze and require a manual shut down. Is there anyone that can walk me through a step by step of how to remove this virus or at least can point me in the right direction?
