          yes, but you can't just declare "i'm the bartender" without providing some credentials. I mean, I'd love to go into the white house and say "I'm the president" but that won't work... even if I could get into the white house. Of course in that example it's not merely a lack of credentials but also that presidents are elected by the public and most likely need to be american citizens, but let's not split hairs.
