W2k Server - Password policies

Hi experts,

I am having active directory users in win2k domain server
I need to apply policy for the password
1. Shoud expire 60 days
2. Shoud have  upper and lower case letters and a number
3.minimum length should be 5

Please let me know how do I implement this .
