    Can't to drag anything....

    My OS is Windows XP Sp3.
    I installed a Internet Explorer 8.0 before samedays
    When I unistall it.
    My mouse can't to drag any Icon & Files.
    It's OK when I reinstall IE 8.0
    How to fix this bug?
