    windows 2k boot up problem,

    hello guys
    I have a dell laptop with win2k that on boot up of the windows operating system, a picture I downloaded a long time ago comes up while the windows system boots. Once the windows boots up, it reverts back to the normal background and the picture goes away. I searched everywhere and can not find how to remove this picture.  Anyone knows ??

      Thanks for the heads up. I did download MSCONFIG utility per your suggestion as win2k does not have this and changed the boot to NOGUIBOOT but the picture still comes up. It looks like the picture comes up just after the windows loads "Loading Personal Setting" then the picture shows up.
      Any other ideas where I can find this picture and delete it ??
